Personal Assistant with strong QUCKBOOKS skills needed for Artist Couple

Lovely European couple nestled in the Hollywood Hills needs a wonderful personal assistant to help make their lives easier. This position will evolve so you must have a flexible mindset. For now, it will mostly be remote from your home though you will touch base with your bosses weekly. Most of the work will be focused on entering data and crunching numbers with QuickBooks. However, anything goes and you should enjoy the variety that comes with being a PA. Anything from researching activities for their school aged children to creating travel itineraries and cataloguing their art collection could be in your day-to-day work.

This is a wonderful position for a PA who is a polished professional who loves what they do. Ideally you will have a college degree, a knack for numbers, a refined demeanor, great attention to detail and wonderful written and oral communication skills.

Hours are amazing, Monday-Friday from about 9am-5pm. The position will be $25/hour, DOE plus 2 weeks of vacation and holidays.
