Our lovely clients are looking for a great new Personal Executive assistant who can not only help with some executive duties from his office, but work at his home in Redwood City. This CEO and his wife are extremely busy with their careers, and need a lot of help!

We are looking for an experienced (5plus years) personal executive assistant to be the right hand to this accomplished and busy CEO

The ideal candidate has supported a like-minded employer before ( a CEO or similar). and understands how to seamlessly run a demanding schedule and life of their boss from his home in Redwood City. Depending on the day, you might be handling an office problem or a personal errand so please be open to both! Must have excellent written and oral communication, be detail oriented, love making back up plans and be able to work remotely when needed.

Ideal candidate is college educated, tech savvy, resourceful and truly enjoys being an assistant. While you are extremely professional and respect boundaries, you also know when to let down your guard and have a sense of humor when it is a stressful day. You will be in charge of managing a COMPLEX and EVER CHANGING CALENDAR and must be extremely DETAIL ORIENTED! You think 5 steps ahead of your boss and thrive during challenging moments.

Salary is DOE but 120k is what we are hoping for! plus two weeks paid vacation and a very awesome boss and health benefits!
Must have car – be able to do outside errands and have a great no job is too small or too large attitude.
