We are looking for a wonderfully kind person to assistant the Estate Manager in the day to day duties of managing a wonderful family in Calabasas. You will be a part of an extraordinary staff and help keep this property running like a 5 star hotel. The employees stay here for years because it is a such a great place to work!

Please be a great right hand, have a wonderful positive attitude, be able to have a laugh with your team and be very organized. You must have at least 3-5+ years as an EA, and at least a couple of years in a home office. This is a Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm position with some overtime as needed if the family is hosting an event, etc. Please be available to answer emails after hours when needed. You will be working from a gorgeous home office with a fantastic team! Salary is 65k, or DOE + health benefits and paid time off. Most holidays are off, but on occasion the family will need your support. You will mostly be interacting with the Estate Manager as the family is super busy and in and out during the day. Please also love pets, they have sweet dogs & cats in the house.
