Philanthropic Bel Air Artist seeking a smart organized grammatically correct Personal Executive Assistant

Our client is a well known, and well respected Philanthropist who is active on Museum boards, and loves to travel and spend time with her friends. She has had a wonderful assistant the past 2 years who is leaving to take care of a family member who is sick.
Our client is looking for an experienced assistant. Someone loyal, discreet, tech savvy, comfortable with smart homes, great with research and familiar with managing art collections. You will work Monday-Friday, from about 8:30am-5pm in her beautiful Bel Air home office.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, organization, travel itineraries, correspondence, dictation, business letters, organizational projects, gifting and more. We would love someone stylish who has a good idea for exquisite gift giving and wrapping. We would love to see at least 2+ long term recent Personal Assistant jobs on your resume, bonus if you have experience in the art world. Maturity from work and life experience will also be valued here.
Please have your Covid vaccines and booster. The current assistant will stay on to train her replacement. We are looking for a special assistant with positive energy and a great work ethic!
75-100k plus medical insurance is offered along with 2 weeks vacation, sick days and major Federal Holidays.
