Professional Personal Assistant needed in Palo Alto

Professional Personal Assistant needed for CEO. You will be working out of a home office. This is a very busy household with 10 other staff members.

7a-6p, M-F. You will be responsible for all house coordination. Daily reports run errands, all purchasing for supplies, scheduling house maintenance, picking up dry cleaning, coordination with the events manager.

We need someone who is super smart, extremely organized and has insane admin skills.

We would also love someone who can OCCASIONALLY fill in with childcare. We want someone who has a minimum 10 years experience as a PA working in a busy home.

You will be coordinating with the nannies and chef but not managing.

You will be the BRAIN of the household.
