Houseman needed in West Los Angeles

We are looking for an experienced house man, who can take care of the property and help the family. This is a staffed home with kind principals. The role includes overseeing subs who come in for repairs, light housework to support our housekeepers like changing light bulbs, morning vacuuming or kitchen tidying, heavy lifting, gym clean up. Outdoor role includes cleaning windows as needed, cleaning the cars, running errands like returning UPS boxes, or taking cars for maintenance, as well as occasional leaf blowing in between weekly landscapers clean up. Walking dog and generally liking children also helps. The family pays on the books and will help with health, paid vacation and sick days. Please reach out if you are interested.
