FULL TIME Houseman and Groundsman needed for young Brentwood family with kids

Family with a beautiful new one acre property in Santa Monica/Brentwood needs a HOUSEMAN/PROPERTY MANAGER. The current owner has a wonderful man who helps with exterior details: cleaning patio furniture, gutter checks, guest house maintenance, leaf removal, garbage hauling and overseeing all property staff, deliveries etc. There is interior maintenance: (light bulbs, appliances etc.), plus errands and light neighborhood driving. Then there’s a little interior design renovations (mostly wallpaper/light tiling and furniture install). We are looking for a service oriented person who is great with families with children. Must be able to get along with staff and have no drama. Please note this is not a Butler/ House Manager or Estate Manager position. Must have recent long term experience in a private home with a family as a Houseman and a Groundsman managing the outside of a property and cleaning. Family pays on the books / 40 hours per week and helps with a generous stipend towards your health insurance!
