PT Help Needed in SM
Lovely family (with two teenagers & a brand new puppy!) in Santa Monica is in need of a part time Assistant/Bookkeeper. The primary tasks are credit card reconciliations, organizing receipts and checking them off against statements and alerting employer of any suspicious activity or unaccounted charges, paying household bills, filing documents, organizing and eliminating files in the office and in the garage, and general assistance with marketing and errands. The family will guarantee five hours per week and might use up to ten hours. The duties are fairly basic but require great organizational skills and attention to detail. If you are a meticulous West side Assistant with solid basic bookkeeping skills looking to fill 5-10 hours per week, please reach out with your hourly fee. Thank you very much!
