PT Personal Assistant with Social Media Experience Needed for Wonderful Brentwood Family

A warm, welcoming family in Brentwood is seeking an exceptional long-term Part-Time Personal Assistant to support both light household operations and the principal’s growing personal brand. This is an ideal opportunity for a junior-level assistant who enjoys variety, is highly organized, proactive, and excited to jump in wherever needed.

The role will begin on a part-time basis, with the goal of transitioning to full-time by December if it is the right mutual fit.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of administrative support, personal assistance, errands, organization, and helping capture simple, authentic social media content.

Please note: We are specifically seeking candidates with personal assistant experience and social media experience.

This is not a content creator or influencer position. The principal already has a professional social media manager. The social media component simply involves capturing casual, day-to-day content on an iPhone (no editing required) and assisting with basic posting as directed. We’re looking for someone who enjoys supporting another person’s brand—not someone who is actively building their own public profile, pursuing influencing, or seeking a career as an on-camera personality.

Responsibilities include:
• Scheduling and calendar support
• Running personal and business errands
• Shopping, returns, and organization
• Vendor coordination and general administrative support
• Helping keep day-to-day tasks organized and moving forward
• Capturing simple social media content on an iPhone (no editing required)
• Assisting with basic posting and content organization as directed

The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, discreet, organized, and highly dependable. You enjoy anticipating needs, solving problems, and making life easier for the person you support. You’re comfortable wearing many hats and are willing to jump in wherever needed.
