Our client is looking for the most organized, trustworthy, and thoughtful Executive Assistant. We are looking for someone who is a proven career Executive Assistant who truly cares and takes pride in being the right hand.

You love learning your boss’ habits, anticipating their needs, keeping them on schedule and making sure their day runs smoothly. You have a big heart, are extremely thoughtful and love paying attention to detail.

Our client is a dedicated family man who loves running his business, supporting the foundation he started in honor of his best friend who passed from cancer, and living a healthy, active life.

You will be his communication liaison and gatekeeper who manages all meetings, email management, company logistics, philanthropic endeavors, administrative support, travel coordination and more. You are strong, yet kind, and have the memory of a dolphin.

Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant who will mostly work Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. Two days will be in the office in Westlake Village, TWO DAYS will be WORKING FROM YOUR HOME and one day at his Non-Profit’s office in Westlake Village. Ideally, you live in the West Valley and will enjoy the convenient commute! This is for a smart EA who works hard, enjoys a casual feel in the office and is excited to wear jeans every day to work!

The last Executive Assistant worked for our client for 18 years, we are hoping to make a special match with someone who is looking for a great long-term commitment. We are looking for the next Donna from Suits!

Salary is DOE plus PPO medical insurance, and PTO.
