Receptionist needed for amazing Family Office in Century City

We’re a small family office team of 8, but we’re planning to grow tremendously this year! There is great potential for growth for the right person, with an eager attitude to accomplish many tasks in a tight turn around, assist with various projects and support members of the team when needed.
Full time position: 40 hours/week
Daily responsibilities include: Greeting hosts, offering beverages, answering phones, maintaining our kitchen/food inventory/office supplies, opening and distributing mail, sending Fedex, assisting with other general administrative needs.
