You will be responsible for managing the office including everything from scheduling, travel, phones, extensive communication and keeping systems in check. You will be that top notch assistant who is lovely, professional, organized beyond imagination, quick on their feet and has team player as a part of their DNA. You must be thick skinned as the office is extremely fast paced so you will be managing several projects simultaneously. Office is all MAC and any design software knowledge is preferred, ie. adobe photoshop.This designer’s business continues to grow and get attention from the Hollywood elite so discretion is key! Hours are about 8am-5pm daily with flexibility as there are many moving pieces in the day. Salary is 50-60k DOE. Ready to hire immediately!
