Seasoned Estate Manager needed in Rancho Santa Fe

We are seeking an experienced full-time Estate Manager in Rancho Santa Fe, San Diego County. The Qualified Candidate will have a pleasant and polished demeanor, be intuitive, proactive, responsible, flexible with excellent communication and effective problem solving skills while always having the family’s privacy and confidentiality in mind.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring the household is operating smoothly; hiring, training and supervising staff; overseeing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly household tasks to include maintenance programs for HVAC, generator, sprinkler system and other household equipment; overseeing outside vendors, contractors, service providers, construction and landscaping projects; vehicle maintenance and inspection; overseeing the household’s organization and cleanliness and the inventory of household items and supplies. The candidate must be able to work independently and have an impeccable attention to detail. This is a dog friendly home. Travel will be required to oversee construction on the numerous family homes. We are looking for someone diplomatic and who will fit in with a “ formal and proper” home. Salary/benefits are competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
