DREAM Nanny needed in West LA

Dream Nanny needed for working parents with two kids…. the boys are toddler age and preschool age. Schedule is Monday – Friday 8 am to 6:30 pm. Family will pay half cash and half on the books. It would be wonderful if you are flexible to work a Saturday night but it is not a requirement! We need someone who is great with boundaries and who can be firm and still fun! This family is not strict but they believe in communication and open to help co parent in a loving way.
The family is looking for someone who can stay with their family for many years. Their dream nanny is very loving and warm and wants to co parent with the mom. Please be someone who is flexible and on time as both parents have big jobs! They have a friendly dog who has a dog walker and there are no pet responsibilities. Family will give two weeks paid vacation, sick days and the 6 major holidays off. They would love if you take one of your weeks off over Christmas when they take their week off.
