Tech CEOs seeking an ALL STAR PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Family of CEO’s is looking for a very personal assistant with several years experience. We need someone who is tech-savvy, loves dogs, owns their own car, and thrives on independent-based work. This position is 2/3 out of the office and 1/3 in the office. Office management skills are a plus as you would be managing office affairs as well. To reiterate, this position is primarily a personal role. Those without personal assistant experience need not apply.
Responsibilities include:
-anticipating CEO’s needs at home and at office
-lunch/dinner pick up
-Grocery shopping
-Caring for 2 adorable bichon frises
-Processing returns/handling heavy boxes
-Organizing travel and bookings
-Light bookkeeping
-Paying bills and managing household
-Supplying office with snacks, beverages, and essentials within budget
-Facilitating IT orders and submitting PO’s
-Tidying up office common spaces
-Voicemail messages
-Liaison with building management and solving unit problems
Schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary is 50-60k, DOE plus health benefits
