Temp Big Sister Nanny type needed in BH

Are you in between jobs and open to working nights and weekends? We have a Respectful Parenting family aka mildy RIE family in BH who needs a temp nanny for their 2 year old. They currently have a nanny who has been with them for 6 months working 40 hours Monday- Thursday… the family loves her but they do not want to burn her out and she will be coming to Europe with them in the fall. Parents are in and out of the house- they work from home. Sometimes you are full charge, sometimes you are a mothers helper. Parents want someone who lets their child lead with boundaries of course, a team player etc. A chill personality is an added plus, as they gravitate towards relaxed people.
Family is looking for help Fridays- Sunday and possible weekdays here and there. This could be for someone going back to school in the fall. Must have TRUE nanny experience and be vaccinated, drive a car , be flexible and be OK with large dogs.
Mom will be leaving town mid to late September . Family pays $35 per hour on the books! Overtime per CA law.
