Temp Chef needed for a week in NYC

We are looking for a temporary chef for a week from June 7-June 13. Three meals a day, for one person. The client is on a vegan cleanse, so we need a chef who has experience cooking raw, healthy foods.

These are long days, breakfast served at 7a and dinner ends at 8p.

Salary DOE, $700/day.
