Temporary PA needed on the Eastside of LA to organize new home in Cypress Park
This fantastic young couple (and their toddler,) just moved into a new home near the LA River and they need help getting settled! Both parents work full time and do not have time to supervise the organizational work and logistics needed to set up their home. They currently do live in the house.
The position will start ASAP and go about 3-4 weeks. You will be in charge of everything to get the house fully livable. From setting up the cable, alarm and TV to getting a vendor to mount & hang pictures, organize the storage unit and general organization.
You will be guaranteed the hours and we anticipate it will be about 30 hours/week. This is perfect for someone with PA and house management experience who has another part time position or is in-between jobs.
Please have 3-5+ years of experience, great vendors and contracts, live on the Eastside and a lovely personality with the ability to be super efficient! You will not be micromanaged as the couple works. They do need someone who is a great communicator so they are kept in the loop while decisions are made.
