Two Creative Parents in Los Feliz seek a Personal Assistant House Manager to keep their lives running smoothly

We are looking for a tech savvy Personal Assistant who can manage this home! The parents both work, but have flexible schedules so they are in and out all day. They have a Nanny in charge of the children and a part time housekeeper. They have a Golden Retriever who could use some walks while you’re there!

You will be in charge of scheduling, booking travel, groceries, shopping, shipping, exchanges, digital organizing, creating a home manual and more. Your days will vary, and this will be HYBRID role, some days at the house all day, others partial plus running errands, others will be computer work at your home. Please be flexible!

Schedule is Monday-Friday. Usually 40 hours a week. We would love someone that used to have a 24/7 job and is now looking for more work/life balance. Someone with a great skill set who has wonderful vendor relationships.

Hourly $45 an hour, DOE + a bonus to help cover your health insurance costs. As well as paid vacation, paid sick days and paid holidays.
