Valley Actress seeking experienced Personal Assistant

Busy and accomplished Actress seeking an organized personal assistant to help her manage her life and home! Most important qualities are:the ability to follow-through on tasks until completion, and thick skin and respect for confidentiality.
Please have at least 3 plus years as a professional assistant supporting someone in entertainment to be considered. You’ll work from her beautiful home in Encino, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm with an hour lunch break.
The client is offering a base salary of $80,000 – $85,000, DOE (based on a 40 hour work week.) There is likely to be a sizable amount of OT.
Other benefits include pick sick leave, paid vacation and paid holidays. You’ll also need to pass a comprehensive background check and sign an NDA.
The responsibilities are below:
Scheduling and Calendar Management
– Organizing appointments, meetings, and events.
– Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
– Sending reminders for important tasks and deadlines.

Administrative Tasks
– Answering phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the employer.
– Filing and document management.
– Drafting letters, emails, and reports.
– Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
Errand Running
– Shopping for groceries or personal items.
Travel Coordination
– Booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
– Preparing itineraries and making necessary adjustments.
– Coordinating with manager and or agent.
Event Planning (?)
– Organizing personal or professional events.
– Coordinating with vendors, venues, and catering services.
– Ensuring all details of the event run smoothly.
Household Management
– Liaising with household staff (cleaners, maintenance, etc.).
– Managing household inventory and supplies.
– Overseeing contractors or service providers for home repairs or improvements.
– Helping with family pets, if needed.
Financial Management
– Liaising with the business manager to his account manager.
– Handling invoices, payments, and reimbursement.
– Domestic household payroll.
Personal Tasks
– Assisting with personal projects.
– Maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
– Able to anticipate needs
Task Prioritization
– Managing to-do lists and prioritizing tasks for the employer.
– Ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
Confidentiality and Discretion
– Handling sensitive information responsibly.
– Ensuring privacy in both personal and business matters.
Research
– Conducting research for projects, trips, or purchases.
Skills
– Advanced MAC PC, Microsoft Word, Excel, IMDB, Outlook, Zoom, Internet and social media savvy.
