Warm Fun Family Seeks Exceptional Housekeeper and Nanny

Our client is a young, loving family with two children who live mid-City: a very active 2-year-old boy and a sweet 9-week-old baby girl. They also have a large, friendly dog. They are looking for an extra set of hands to help with household and childcare responsibilities — cleaning, childcare, organizing, errands, meal prep, and more~

About the Role:

• You will tag-team with mom, who is home with the children. She has realistic expectations: if you are busy with the kids, she understands that cleaning may need to wait, and vice versa.
• They are seeking a self-starter who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative.
• Occasional travel is required (domestic and international). They are traveling to Mexico over New Year’s and hope to have someone in place by then.
• Flexibility for late evenings may be needed if parents go out, though the typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay (competitive)
• Paid Time Off: 2 weeks vacation, paid sick days per LA County law, and six national holidays
• Overnight travel fee: approx. $150 night
• Possible health stipend

Candidate Requirements:

• Nanny with housekeeping experience or housekeeper with nanny experience
• Clean background checks and excellent references
• 3–5 years of experience caring for children ages newborn to 4
• Ability to travel internationally
