We are helping a busy family find a Director of Residences for multiple homes

We have a fun and busy family that needs a Director of Residences to help keep their lives in order! They have several homes in Florida, Boston and Cape Cod. They are looking for a true self-starter, someone who takes initiative, organized, can manage multiple staff, deep construction and renovation knowledge, can make executive decisions and is able to get things done. There will be a lot of travel with this role, so having a flexible schedule is important. Being able to navigate conversations with vendors and contractors is super important, as the principal is not always around and will look to you for confirmation that projects are being completed. This is a busy, fun and robust role! You should have years of experience with longevity in your roles and verifiable references.
