We are helping a lovely couple outside of Syracuse find a domestic couple for their lake house

We are helping a very kind and lovely couple find a domestic couple to manage the inside and outside of their lake house. They are located 30 minutes away from Syracuse, so please be comfortable experiencing all 4 seasons (lots of snow here!)! The house is roughly 10k sq ft. The accommodations will be a very nice 1 bedroom apartment over the garage. Your resume should reflect longevity in your roles, as this family values long-term commitments. Please have verifiable references that we can call.

Inside house duties include:
-Cooking
-Cleaning
-Laundry
-Shopping
-House management
-Running errands
-Handy duties as needed
-Helping the Mrs entertain as needed
-Helping with their children and grandchildren as needed (this could include making food for the Mrs.’ children and delivering it).

Outside house duties include:
-Powerwashing
-Pool management
-Shoveling
-Cutting the grass
-Handy duties as needed
