We are helping a lovely new family in Austin, TX find their dream hybrid nanny family assistant

We are helping a new family (baby is due in February!) find a nanny to join their team in April. Mom and dad work from home, so there will always be someone around. They are looking for an experienced nanny who can guide them and give suggestions, but also follow their lead when needed. As the baby gets older, the role will turn into a hybrid position. When the parents are with the baby or he is in school, they would like the role to shift to family assistant duties. This is a Mon-Fri role, 7am-5pm. They are offering 4 weeks PTO, health insurance, holidays off. Salary is 70k. This can be a live in or live out role, as they have a separate room and bathroom for you if needed.
