Our extraordinary, very private couple based between Los Altos and San Francisco is looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant! You must truly understands boundaries and carry yourself with quiet confidence. This is a hands-on role for someone who has worked in high-level homes before and knows how to move through a space with discretion, awareness, and good judgment. You’ll be responsible for keeping the household running smoothly day to day—making sure the home is always prepared, coordinating schedules and vendors, handling packing and unpacking, answering the door, and ensuring everything is in place for guests or small, formal gatherings. You’ll also track preferences, stay a step ahead of needs, and help manage transitions between residences and travel. They are thoughtful and appreciative people, but they are also very particular and expect a high standard. They’re looking for someone reliable, flexible, and open to feedback—someone who can adjust quickly and doesn’t need much direction.
