We are looking for a San Antonio based part-time property manager

We are helping our client find a part-time property manager for their 2 small properties in San Antonio. They are very small homes, under 1000 sq feet each. One will be undergoing a small renovation and one needs small repairs that is also tenant occupied. The client will guarantee 15 hours per week, but it could be as much as 20 hours per week. This is a short-term role that will last approximately 6 months. Please have recent experience and references we can call.
Your job duties will include:
-Getting bids
-Liasing with the tenant and owner
-Overseeing construction
-Any ad hoc duties
