We are looking for an NYC chef that can handle complex diets

We are helping a family of 3 in the West Village find a chef that can handle very strict dietary restrictions for one of the family members. One of the principals will eat similar to this, but has some flexibility in their diet. You should also make delicious kid food – grilled cheese, rice, chicken, broccoli, tacos, pizza.
-You should have experience cooking for clients with heart disease and that are pre-diabetic
-You know how to portion properly and weigh the meals
-Low calorie but highly nutritious
-Only eat fish, no meat
-Only proteins that are allowed are egg whites, lentils, yogurt
-Very plant forward diet
-Cook without nuts, avocados, seeds
-No cholesterol or saturated fats
This is a plated lunch and dinner role, with breakfast left in the fridge and snacks. On Friday’s, they would like for you to leave food in the fridge for them to eat throughout the weekend.
This job can either pay as a 1099 or on the books.
400plus- per day, depending on experience and skillset
