This client is looking for someone who started out in fine dining or has worked on yachts – you should really know great service, wine and spirits knowledge, know formal service, team player mentality, roll up your sleeves type of estate manager and incredibly professional. This client enjoys entertaining, so they are really leaning on the estate manager to guide the way for the team. You should have the highest standards and know how to train housekeepers. You should also have long-term references, minimum of 3 years in your former positions.
