Weekend Afternoon Live-In or Live-Out Nanny

Location: Brentwood, Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: 40 hours week (weekends plus weekday afternoons)

Compensation: $35–$50 hour DOE plus benefits (on payroll, vacation, sick time, holidays, insurance stipend possible)

About the Family:

Warm, active Brentwood family with three creative and high-energy kids (ages 8, 6, and 3) is seeking a weekend plus afternoon nanny who can join their collaborative household team. The family has a full-time weekday nanny, housekeeper, and house manager — and they’re looking for someone upbeat, dependable, and team-oriented who genuinely loves kids.

Dad travels frequently, and mom works from home. The home environment is dynamic, social, and busy — ideal for a candidate who thrives in a “village” style setup and is flexible, emotionally intelligent, and naturally proactive.

The Role:

• Primary support on weekends (Sat to Sun, 8am–6pm)
• Weekday afternoon evening coverage (approx. 2:30–6:30pm, up to 4x week — MONDAY IS THE PREFERRED DAY OFF)
• Occasional morning support when dad is traveling
• Must be willing to travel (domestic plus international), including time at vacation homes in Santa Fe, NM and Powder Mountain, UT (must be comfortable at altitude)
• Opportunity for live-in (private detached suite w en suite bath plus kitchenette) or live-out depending on the candidate

• Comfortable with toddler through elementary ages
• Confident driver with clean record (nanny car provided)
• Likes being outside, enjoys nature-based activities
• Organized and tidy, happy to pitch in around the house
• Experienced with family travel and flexible routines
• Can cook healthy meals for children and assist with light household duties
