I am lucky to work with this darling family of 5 to help find their perfect Family Assistant. This family assistant will need to be the Jane of all trades and be an extension of their family. They have precious 10 year old twins and a darling 13 who are in school everyday until 3. You will start your day around 10:00 am and be focused on the assistant part of your job until you pick up the children from school which includes- running errands, grocery shopping, help tidy the house, help with organization tasks, build out a family manual, research after school activities, meal prep and or cook, and be hands on with miscellaneous tasks. Once the kids get picked up you will help with after school activities, play dates, monitoring homework, help with dinner time, prepare lunch boxes for the next day and help with the bedtime routine. Salary really depends on your experience but they are happy to pay around $60 hr, and your weekly schedule could change from 15 hours to 20 hours so you must be flexible. Both mom and dad are very hands off and want to lead with trust and can’t wait to find their long term Family Assistant. If you are a fit please reach out ASAP.

We are looking for a fabulous family assistant for a family of 4 with two teenage daughters and a cute dog. This position is really for someone who is comfortable with wearing many hats and is proactive. Mom and dad both work. One daughter has her own car. The job is really picking up one girl from the bus stop after school, running errands, meeting vendors when needed, and starting dinner so this family can come together at the end of their work day and spend some quality time in an organized home with a simple meal. There is no housework but if you love to ORGANIZE that would be so fantastic! The assistant will also keep track of all the house inventory so that if they run out of mustard – it’s there the next day. Mom and dad are really laid back and sweet – and sometimes you will leave early on Fridays. They just really want to meet that unicorn that will make their lives run smoother. They will reimburse for gas of course.
Must have experience as a family assistant or house manager and must like to cook too!
M-F 1pm-7pm

Seriously, this is a dream job with a wonderful young lady that would love to have help with EVERYTHING!! She is being pulled to do promotional advertisements, acting, and also has her sport. She has an agent, a manager, and and a talent agent so she is being pulled in a million places. She also does a lot of work in Korea, so it would be great if you can speak Korean! Her non-profit work spans different platforms, but recently she does speeches against combating hate crimes against Asians. She would even love help with speech writing!
She and her boyfriend live in Venice, and would love help with cooking, the calendar and some emails.
If you are just out of cooking school this could be a great job for you!!!
