This position will start as live-out in Malibu while the client moves into her home in Westlake Village after the holidays.
We are seeking an outstanding live-in female companion for a vibrant 28-year-old woman with cerebral palsy who uses a wheelchair.

About the Role:

You will provide day-to-day support, including bathing, meals, mobility assistance, and companionship. The client is living a sober lifestyle, so an interest in health, wellness, and sobriety is a wonderful match.

The Ideal Candidate:
· Warm, compassionate, and responsible
· Educated and resourceful (both “book smart” and “street smart”)
· Non-smoker
· Physically strong (able to assist with transfers; client is under 5’ and 130 lbs)
· Comfortable cooking simple meals or arranging healthy takeout
· Organized and able to help keep the home tidy (note: this is not a housekeeping role)

Schedule and Structure:

This is a live-in position. The family may hire two companions to share the role — for example, split weeks (3.5 days each) or a weekday weekend arrangement. While overnight presence is required, no overnight care is needed, as the client sleeps through the night. Your presence provides peace of mind and ensures safety.

Compensation: $400–$450 day
