We’re looking for somebody who can partner with his other Executive assistant in ensuring that his personal needs and work-life are running with the utmost smoothness and efficiency through calendar organization and attention to details. In addition to regular daily assistance alongside the assistants a substantial portion of your workload would entail working on and organizing our client’s calendar along side the other family assistant so things work smoothly between the house and the office. We’re in need of a person who brings a lot to the table and who can support the team in optimizing and rethinking our current systems to make things more organized and smooth. It’s very important that this candidate has prior experience working in the fast-paced, high pressure circumstances that come with this environment, and that they are not one to shy away from a challenge.

This person would work mainly from the Production office in West Hollywood, Payment rate would be DOE. Hours in the office are typically weekdays from 8am-6pm, though some evenings run later depending on our client’s schedule, and in some circumstances, this person may be asked to make themselves available on a weekend day if something comes up.
