We are looking for a professional full-time assistant – preferably with several years of experience assisting an A-list celebrity or high profile individual. You must have excellent, long term references, and the ability to be fully flexible for your boss. You will be responsible for overseeing both personal and professional commitments – including traveling on location ahead to set up temporary housing, working as on-set support during shooting, and working in concert with other assistants. We’re seeking a candidate with a lot of solid prior experience as an Assistant or Executive Assistant, in addition to being a “badass go-getter” who isn’t afraid to jump in and grab the bull by the horns. We’re looking for somebody who can partner with his other Executive assistant in ensuring that his personal needs and work-life are running with the utmost smoothness and efficiency through calendar organization and attention to details. In addition to regular daily assistance alongside the assistants a substantial portion of your workload would entail working on and organizing our client’s calendar along side the other family assistant so things work smoothly between the house and the office. We’re in need of a person who brings a lot to the table and who can support the team in optimizing and rethinking our current systems to make things more organized and smooth. It’s very important that this candidate has prior experience working in the fast-paced, high pressure circumstances that come with this environment, and that they are not one to shy away from a challenge. 

This person would work mainly from the Production office in West Hollywood, Payment rate would be DOE. Hours in the office are typically weekdays from 8am-6pm, though some evenings run later depending on our client’s schedule, and in some circumstances, this person may be asked to make themselves available on a weekend day if something comes up. Assisting at this level is a large undertaking, and we’re really looking for somebody who is fully committed, invested, and ready for what the job entails.

Duties:
• Scheduling meetings and managing calendars

• Booking travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
• Tracking home and office supplies and restocking as needed
• House management duties including interfacing with house staff, third-party vendors, and bookkeepers
• Running errands including grocery shopping, school pickups, etc.
• Rolling calls and taking accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
• Assisting with event planning

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree

Part time driver needed for school pick up and home drop off

Pick up is usually between 3:30 and 4:30 and the drive home, with traffic, can take up to an hour. This is a M-F (all school days) job. This job may take 2 to 3 hours a day and the family would ultimately like to set a set rate per week. On school holidays, this job will be on hiatus so only needed when the kids are in school.
