Our lovely client is a couple we have known for years and have had the pleasure of helping. They just moved into a gorgeous new home, and they need someone great to help them run it! They are now empty nesters, so no young children or Nannies are in the house. They do have three dogs who are a huge part of the family.

The role has two parts: Personal Assistant and House Manager for their small staff of a housekeeper and part time Chef. You are someone that loves walking the property to makes sure everything is working, scheduling maintenance, creating and updating a house manual, and making sure the house is running in tip top shape!

The other part of the role is a high functioning Personal Assistant. You will manage all doctors and personal appointments, handle all scheduling, shopping returns, packing, travel bookings, and more.

We would love someone that has been an Executive Assistant or Executive Personal Assistant that has also done house management. This is not a huge formal home that needs a separate manager, so we need someone that enjoys wearing a few different hats and can pivot during the day.

This is a kind and respectful client. Most weeks you are needed Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. There is great work life balance here, and the clients have a great history of long term happy employees working for them.

The right person is loyal, positive, tech savvy, curious, really cares about taking care of people, and understands how to anticipate needs, and takes pride in leaning habits and preferences.

Duties:
• Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Helping with daily time management and drafting correspondence such as emails and letters
• Reviewing, completing, and filing personal and professional forms documents
• Technology support (troubleshooting phones, computers, home AV system, etc.)
• Booking travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
• Tracking home and office supplies and restocking as needed
• House management duties including interfacing with house staff, third-party vendors, and bookkeepers
• Running errands including grocery shopping, school pickups, etc.
• Rolling calls and taking accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
• Assisting with event planning

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Excel, and Sheets
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and demonstrate  great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong people-skills and a calm demeanor 

The schedule will be Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm in her home. This is for a college educated, organized, bright and thoughtful person! If you have just a year or two of experience, and are excited to grow with your boss, this is for you.

These clients are the best! Mom is busy running her Non Profit and Dad is a busy Lawyer. Mom also loves spending time with their toddler when he’s not in preschool. Their beloved assistant is leaving after 3 years, she moved further away and just won’t be able to do the commute.

We are looking for someone who understands how a family home functions. How to stock items and keep an inventory, run errands, manage shopping and returns, Christmas Card Lists, reminders for birthdays, travel planning and more. Assist with booking vendors and managing any repairs in their Beverly Hills home, as well as their 2 other homes outside of LA.

On the Non Profit side, our client would love your help with her fundraising efforts, putting together the annual gala, and any other ad hoc projects that need doing.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who thinks ahead, is proactive, loves to plan, anticipate their bosses needs and really takes pride in getting to know what the family needs. They do have someone that comes to clean the house, and a part time Nanny.

Please be Tech Savvy, be able to manage calendars, Excel spreadsheets, and pick up new programs.

The schedule been Tuesdays and Fridays, ideally, we would love to keep it this way, but there might be some flexibility to change the days. Also, while there is a lot of in person work, part of the work can be done at your own home, and they are fine with that. The client will guarantee 20 hours a week, and offers sick days, and PTO as well. The hourly rate is $35-40 an hour, DOE and mileage will be reimbursed when you are running errands for the family.

Looking for a superstar Personal Assistant for a busy entertainer and her family in the West LA area. It’s a very busy & active house with the principal, her husband (who has his own PA), their teenaged children, nanny, housekeepers, gardeners, 2 dogs, and other pets… so it’s a bit of a juggling act… lots of pots boiling at once.

Sometimes Assistant will work remotely, sometimes spending a day running errands and sometimes at the principal’s home. It is rare that Assistant will spend time with the principal while she is working as she needs someone to help organize her life while she is in front of the camera.

Hours are Monday-Friday with some occasional later nights and/or weekends (for example if an errand needs to be run or if they are having a weekend party at the home). Except to work at least 45 hours a week, often more.

It can be everything from:
◦ overseeing a renovation
◦ buying groceries daily/weekly
◦ unpacking suitcases
◦ feeding dogs
◦ taking dogs to vet
◦ making sure pool is serviced/cleaned

◦ having paperwork signed to send to principal’s office in NYC
◦ making returns (shops, borrowed jewelry, clothing)
◦ coordinating FedEx shipments
◦ Christmas shopping & wrapping
◦ going to Target
◦ giving family space without them feeling that you’ve abandoned them
◦ putting together garden furniture
… and all of that can be in the same day … seriously.

This person must be a ‘do-er’ (and not a delegator)… someone organized, truly hardworking, self motivated, can’t sit still, thinks ahead, physically able to carry things up/down stairs, discreet, willing to get hands dirty/sweat a bit, not looking to punch a clock or keep their eye on it, friendly, kind, animal lover, teen tolerant, clean driving record, is friendly but not overly familiar, respectful while working within clients home, multi-tasker and tech savvy. Someone who comes with their own arsenal of vendors, contacts, etc is also a plus.

Fluent in German a HUGE plus. Salary is $100,000 $120,000. DOE. Candidate will need to sign a NDA.

This is a new role, the client used to have a dual house manager/personal assistant, but now that she’s in a larger home, there is a need for both an Estate Manager, and a Person Assistant. We need someone that understands trust and comfort take time, and someone who is patient to commit to making that relationship.

You will be in charge of setting meetings, going to appointments, taking notes, being the liaison, coordinating family events, working with the travel agent, coming up with creative ideas for family vacations, birthdays and special moments for her teenage daughter.

We would love someone who enjoys being around children, while the daughter is a teen and Mom enjoys doing the driving, you’ll be back up, and someone who the daughter enjoys spending time with. Please love dogs as there is a cute doodle at home that you’ll be in charge of managing all the vet appointments for, food, etc.

There will be a lot of purchasing, exchanges, returns. Someone with a fashion background, or extreme appreciation for high fashion would be perfect. You are excited to create lists, inventories, and keep a smooth schedule.

There might be a couple shopping trips a year you are asked to join your new boss on, Paris, NYC, etc.
