The ideal personality is kind yet strong, who understands how to gracefully keep their CEO on time & on task with nothing slipping through the cracks. Your home base will be Austin, with frequent travel as needed for business meetings and family get aways.

Job Details:
-Will be in charge of keeping products up to date and working with our IT and AV teams.

-Assist with multiple properties in Newport Beach, Malibu, and Los Angeles. Making sure personal items are stocked and organized at all properties.

Not an issue if applicant doesn’t have prior experience with art management – must be willing to learn and have experience learning new systems quickly
-There are two very friendly Labradors. Will be in charge of keeping track of needed vaccinations, appointments, stocking food at the properties, grooming, etc.
-Assist with packing for press trips and vacations.
-Coordinate with maintenance person and vendors on repairs

-Assist with planning small and big events

Family Assistant / House Manager
Duties include: Scheduling home maintenance , repairs , vendors and supervising staff.
Household bills and admin duties at the home 
Arranging appointments for the principals
Manage any projects going on at the house
Excel spreadsheet of expenses
Enter all receipts into Expensify and submit every Friday to business office.
Bring trash bins in from street every week
Supervising other staff if needed
Clean dishes/load dishwasher and unload dishwasher if full.
Drive principals to appointments and/or airport  
Tidy up house. Fold blankets, fluff pillows, pick up dog toys, kids toys, etc.  
Shopping for food, supplies and other requested items.
Running errands – tennis racket adjustments, dry cleaner, car cleaning, etc.
Bring dog to the vet when/if needed
flexible to do Dog and house-sitting when principals are out of town.
Assist with concierge reservations, etc. for principals and clients of wife’s travel business.
Be available for events couple have at the house to assist with setup, breakdown and watching the dog.
During the three days of work be on call for tasks.
Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day. Some nights or weekends you may be needed for events at the home
Family will pay on the books and can help with health. Most of the position is a come as needed , you won’t necessarily have to be there 8 hours a day even though you will be paid for 8 hours. Please reach out!
