We are looking for a PA to help a lovely Gentleman, 85 years of age with a big sense of humor. This individual needs to have excellent computer skills and a command of Microsoft Word and/or Final Draft. He is a writer, so this individual will be helping with writing and dictation but it is mostly helping with general daily activities (ie. going to the bank, helping shopping on Amazon, replacing light bulbs around the house). This is for someone who is really patient and kind as he’s getting older, must be a good listener.

We are looking for someone on a part-time basis approx. 8 hrs. per week (and the hours can change if you need them to, this can be one day/week or ideally spread over 2 days/week.) Pay rate is $25/hr in cash for the right individual.

·      Reconcile household account and expenses
·      Ability to travel domestically and internationally if needed
·      Research and project support

Requirements:
·      Extensive administrative level experience to executive level support, including heavy calendar management
·      Experience working in a staffed home environment
·      Experience with liaising with household staff
·      Ability to be available after hours for support and communication
