We are looking for an educated, well traveled and refined Personal Assistant to work with an Actress in Los Angeles.

You should have at least 3-5+ years working for a high profile individual, ideally HNW, flexibility in your schedule and a true love of keeping your boss organized! There could be travel in the future as this person does some creative work and might need your help on set. You will be wearing many hats and you should be just as excited about organizing her closest as you are to run and grab a coffee or run lines with her on set. We would love someone close by to her home as a typical day can be 10+ hours. Most weeks average 50-60 hours a week, Monday-Friday though you should have a 24/7 mindset.

We are looking for a sharp candidate who can change gears at a moment’s notice and who loves acting as a Gate Keeper to a prominent woman. Candidate must have a college degree, and have a valid driver’s license, as there will be some driving involved. We need a tech savvy individual who is comfortable managing schedules, organizing Google Suite Documents, arranging travel and internet research.

Guaranteed 40 hours a week plus overtime. Hourly base is $35 an hour, DOE. Wonderful health insurance, paid vacation, sick days and holidays.
