This is a family of five looking to hire someone TEMPORARILY who can come in, help with home manuals, synch devices and develop systems (i.e. how to order school lunches — how to manage multiple family calendars) so their home runs like a well oiled machine. They are thinking to bring someone in for a week or two — could be consecutive days or could be a few days a week for a top-notch Assistant who has other clients to tend to. You will work directly with our family office team to provide general, executive, administrative and organization support for the Principals.

• Intelligent, honest, empathetic and discreet; maintains confidentiality; highest level of loyalty and integrity (background check required)
• Meticulous calendar management – plan and maintain schedule of business/personal events; heavy meeting coordination.
• Manage daily operational needs for a multiple locations, willingness to wear many hats in a family office and adapt to changing business needs.
• Event organizing and execution; coordination of clients/vendors.
• Tech savvy with the ability to leverage technology for devices and  home/business equipment.
• Bookkeeping duties: assist with expense reports, sorting and mailing checks, making bank deposits, and scanning/filing of documents electronically (in accordance with office protocol)   
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Fluency/Conversational spanish preferred but not required

We are a tight-knit team looking for a valuable, down-to-earth addition to our team. You must be able to commute daily to our location in West Los Angeles for all work.

Salary is DOE, negotiable for the right candidate plus benefits. Schedule is typically, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. However, flexibility is a must. Some nights and weekends will be required.

PA to go on tour with Musician for a month starting October 15th

We are looking for an amazing personal assistant for about a one month commitment (2 weeks of rehearsals + 3 weeks tour). 

Timeline: 
Would need to start the second week of October.
Rehearsals: Week of 10/15 and 10/22
Tour: 10/29-11/22

Details:
We need someone highly punctual, professional, efficient, and just overall a star assistant. After tour if things goes well, we can have a conversation about long-term, full-time commitment. Please have at least 2+ years of experience, ideally in music or entertainment!

Organized – help with packing luggage and making sure we have everything ready for trips.

Good ready to work energy – will be going to stores to grab food/ supplies a lot.

Adaptive – sometimes things won’t go according to plan. We need someone who is able to adapt to the situation and make it go as smoothly as possible.

Forward thinking – be able to think ahead and be well prepared.

Able to handle carrying around possibly heavy items.

Keep social media usage around her to a minimum. We don’t want them posting pictures or images of her while there working or at events. Be smart about it and keep it professional. 

Hopefully tolerant. Things can occasionally get a little heated and we want someone whose able to shake it off and keep going. Or not get discouraged. Obviously we don’t plan for things to get crazy, but just in case. Aka tough skin.

Good communication with the team to help keep things running smoothly.
