We are looking for someone who is fully flexible Monday through Friday to start at 7:15 am and drive the kids to two different schools or it could be 3 p.m. for pick ups. Family wants someone flexible to work 40 hours per week. Start time may be different over the course of Monday through Friday .When you are not driving the kids, we would love help with errands, and other things like amazon orders or gifts. Musts:

Be able to deal with outside vendors.

Willing to commit to a long-term position and grow with an outstanding family

Have a bachelor’s degree

Minimum of three excellent professional references

Part time assistant needed for an amazing family in Hancock Park with things like grocery shopping, caring for dogs, scheduling home maintenance, managing family calendar, booking travel, mailing Amazon returns, occasionally helping with office matters like sending invoices to employer’s clients. Very busy family, many moving parts, but a lovely environment. Key times are 3pm dog walk and 5pm feed dogs and cat. Schedule is typically Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am-6pm.

Seeking someone super cool and super nice. Team player who is patient with a “can do” personality– no task too big or small. Honest and easygoing and a good listener. Pay is hourly around $25-28 per hour depending on experience, with sick time and paid vacation but no healthcare at this time, maybe a stipend after several months.

You must have assistant experience. You must love dogs and cats. You must be the type of person who is kind to waiters.

*Must be willing to make at least a couple years commitment. Not not not at all a great job for someone who needs a flexible schedule, must be happy to work your scheduled hours.
