Two of the dogs are older and have health issues, so the new hire must be VERY comfortable giving medication and must be calm in a crisis. The pets are ADORED and very important. Pay is in the $25/range + $175/overnight on a week night or $200 if you stay over on a weekend, in addition to medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 paid sick days, 3 personal days + major holidays off with pay. Your time will mostly be in the home office, but you will also go to the family office close by to pick up mail and do occasional paperwork.
