This is a fantastic assistant position for a dynamic Hollywood couple. Both parents work and need a wonderful career assistant to keep their lives running smoothly! Their current assistant is leaving after 5 years and had a wonderful experience working with them. You must be able to TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY for months at a time as the family splits their year between Los Angeles, London and wherever their work takes them. The ideal person is extremely organized, quick on their feet, enjoys researching (from vacation destinations to the hottest new gifts) and has a can do attitude. You must have long-term references and experience working for high profile entertainment individuals (preferably you also have experience on set.) Please have a sense of humor, thick skin and a true understanding of discretion. 

This position begins the first week of June. Your schedule will typically be Monday-Friday, 9am-7pm though you must be flexible as you will be needed late if you are on set or it is a busy week. You might get a text on the weekends but they try to keep it to a minimum! Salary is 80k+ consummate with your experience plus health insurance, vacation and mileage reimbursement (you must have a reliable car.)

Hip Companion Caregiver needed for down to earth COLLEGE STUDENT

We have an amazing opportunity to work with a sweet young lady who is excited to start her first year of college! She is in a wheelchair and needs a few companions to help her get around campus. There will be alternating shifts to make sure there is full coverage. This young woman is absolutely lovely and extremely bright. We would love to hire companions that can be her friends and blend in with the college students on campus. This is ideal for a grad student or writer who is educated, hip, stylish, easy going and proactive. She has no serious medical issues so you do not need a CNA background, just great common sense and an empathetic sensibility  You will be trained and have a very supportive family behind you! 

We are looking to fill the following shifts: 

Monday – Friday, 8am-8pm : You will be helping getting her ready for school, though not accompanying her to classes, there is someone else to do that. 

Monday – Friday, 8pm-8am : You will sleep over in her dorm room but have your own bed. This is really just in case of emergency as the parents live on the opposite side of town and feel more comfortable knowing someone is there.
 
Friday 8pm-Monday 8am : This will be a very important role as you will be interacting and encouraging her to be social. 

*Please note, M-F daytime/nighttime can be split up into MWR and TR if necessary.

These are $18-20/hour cash positions.
