A formal Montecito Estate is looking for a service oriented Personal Assistant to help keep this home running like a 5 star hotel. You will be responsible for calendar management for the Mr & Mrs, packing for the Mrs, travel planning and most other typical PA duties including but not limited to: gift buying, personal shopping, home office organization, some employee management, very occasional pet care and party planning.

You should be proficient on Mac and MS Suite (Excel is used daily in this home to keep things organized.)

Ideal candidate will love the idea of residing in sunny Montecito (relocation is an option for the perfect candidate), will have a minimum of 10 years full time experience working in the service industry. Any experience working in concierge at a luxury hotel would be a bonus as this family loves to feel taken care of!

Salary DOE, $65-$80k plus basic 401k plan, and generous PTO/medical benefits.

Busy Beverly Hills CEO and Family looking for a Personal Assistant and House Manager
We are looking for an house manager/ personal assistant who has longevity in their career. ( 5-7 years running a house or working as a personal assistant in a home)
• 60% Home Management
o Coordinate and arrange anyone who works at the house (i.e. nannies, housekeepers, exterminators, electricians, handymen, contractor, gardener, pool repairman etc.)
o Specifically understand each person’s job description & accountability and ensure they are executing
o Meet with new workers at the house to show them specifically what needs to be fixed. Verify work was done properly and be quality control
o Negotiate with vendors to make sure we are getting a fair price
• 20% Personal Travel
o Coordinate and book flights, charters, hotels, greeters, and drivers
o Confirm drivers and greeters on day of travel
o Manage backup flights and hotels
o Create trip manifests/bibles
o Prepare necessary documentation such as passports, boarding passes, Global Entry cards, etc.
• 10% Kids/School
o Manage weekly kids schedules as they pertain to Principal family (practice schedules, attending games, coordinating needed equipment)
o Manage Principals involvement in School Board, schedule quarterly Finance Committee Meetings, schedule quarterly Executive Committee Meetings
o Coordinate kids’ travel to/fro camps
• 5% Friends & Family
o Make weekly dinner reservations
o Track & remind of birthdays of close friends and relatives
o Brainstorm, purchase and arrange delivery of flowers, gifts, etc
o Occasional planning of gatherings for holidays, birthdays, etc
• 2.5% Cars
o Purchase and sale
o Service and repair
o Manage Bluetooth connections, Wifi subscriptions, Sirius XM subscriptions
o Manage documentation
o Traffic tickets, parking tickets
• 2.5% Tech
o Stay up to date on the latest tech trends and ensure new products are purchase as soon as they become available (iPhones, iPads, etc.)
