We are looking for a great assistant with 1-3 years of experience who would love to support a busy Producer and make her personal and home life run effortlessly. You are a great team player and have a background of supporting other creative Executives or Artists. This is a for someone who loves finessing all the details that go into booking appointments, managing groceries for a family household, opening and returning packages, packing suitcases for trips, paying various household employees, setting up classes and appointments for the kids, being in touch with the beach house manager, and being the liaison with the nannies and business manager.

You will also get to send emails on her behalf, coordinating with glam and stylists. You will plan parties, hire caterers, pick up jewelry and clothing from PR offices. We are looking for someone who is handy, and can put together a tricycle without hiring a handyman. It’s an incredibly detailed oriented job that requires extreme trust, reliability, and follow-through. She also has an executive assistant, who is the senior assistant, whom the personal assistant would report to, and will work with closely.

We are looking for someone that is interested in moving towards a house manager position, hospitality or becoming a career personal assistant. This is an intimate position in a family setting, you must be the assistant that loves working with children and having pets around, that should be a bonus in your book. We are looking for someone who has great taste, you will be helping manage an extensive wardrobe and facilitating gifts, an interest in fashion is essential.

The job is anywhere from 45-55 hours a week, with 45 guaranteed. This is a busy but fun job, with lots of laughter and exciting moments. Sometimes, before a press trip or awards season, you would need to be available on the weekends. The rate is $25 an hour plus overtime, with full paid healthcare, paid time off, and a pension plan which vests over time.

If you also have interests in art, fashion, philanthropy, good food and giving back – it will be a perfect match. You are fluent with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, LinkedIn, and can even manage a Mailchimp account.

Long story short – you love learning, and supporting your boss while doing it!
