You will be assisting with travel itineraries, event planning, gifting, organizing and finding cool events around the city. Our ideal person is tech savvy; you will be the one the family leans on to find the most interesting travel/food/cultural activities locally and abroad. You should have exquisite taste as you will be in charge of the extensive gifting yearly. One day will be based in their Brentwood home and the other hours can be done remotely.

You should have excellent communication skills and be free to commit 16 hours a week to this great family! $25-35/hour on payroll, DOE. Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience as a PA for a family/individual – and ideally, a college degree. Huge plus if you are great with social media as the Mom’s new business could use some TLC!

Executive Assistant needed to cover Maternity Leave for UHNW Client in Beverly Hills starting September

We are looking for a polished, experienced and organized EPA to cover our client’s trusted employee who will be taking 4 months of maternity leave. This TEMP role will end up being about 6 months as they do want to train for a month, and this will start in SEPTEMBER 2020.

Please have at least 3-5+ years experience working for a UHNW Family as an Executive Assistant. Candidates without that experience will not be considered. We need someone comfortable balancing 10 different calendars, staff schedules, needs from multiple properties, assisting the Estate Manager and keeping track of all the small things like individual family member’s medications and dietary preferences.

Schedule will be 8am-6pm in the family’s home office in Beverly Hills, Monday-Friday. You will need to be available after hours via text, email and calls as needed.

The salary will be based on 100-110k annual.

Temp Assistant needed for the next two weeks

We are looking for a highly organized personal assistant who is able to multi task. One of our clients will be having a photo shoot at their residence in Bel Air. We have a number of projects taking place at once and we need someone who can prioritize tasks. If the temporary assignment goes well it could turn into a full time opportunity. The full time role will be a hybrid position in which this person will work on projects at the residence as well as be involved with the design company. Some of the design tasks involve going to the client site to meet vendors, placing orders and keeping track of orders in transit. Ideally, it would be great if the person can start this Friday or possibly Monday and help us for the next two weeks. The photo shoot begins on October 13th and ends on October 18th.
