NYC Personal Assistant Needed to CEO of Fashion Company.

This is the perfect opportunity for a recent college graduate who is looking to work in a fun and hip environment.

Must be organized, savvy and be able to think two steps ahead. You will be responsible for all typical EA/PA duties, including but not limited to: heavy calendar management, answering phones and emails, booking commercial travel, restaurant reservations, expense spreadsheets, personal shopping and gift buying, and keeping this CEO on track.

Candidate must have worked in some sort of office environment, either as an intern during college, or as an Executive or Personal Assistant, or receptionist in a busy office setting.

We are willing to train the perfect person, attitude and common sense are key. Must be polished, poised and well spoken. You will be the face of this CEO, and may be asked to accompany him to meetings.

Discretion is also key. You will be interacting with celebrities and other high profile individuals.

College degree is required.

Salary $75k.

Schedule is M-F, 9a-6pm. Occasional after hours if there is an event, and during Fashion Weeks.
