We are looking for a seasoned and polished EA to work for a C Level executive of one of SFs hottest start ups! This is an amazing opportunity to work for a smart and innovative executive!

The company is one of the hottest SF start ups, and this is an amazing opportunity to start working before their IPO!

You should have a college degree from an accredited university, and have a minimum of 7-10 years experience working for a C level executive in Silicon Valley. We want to find a true gatekeeper who knows the major player in the VAlley, and can act as a true partner to this executive. This is so much more than just an EA role. We want to find someone who is always three steps ahead, and help run her busy life.

This Executive has a bush home life as well, and you will liaison with her Personal Assistant on a daily basis.

This position does require travel to their office out of state, approx once a month.

Schedule is M-F, 9-6p but you should available after hours nights and weekends as this is a very busy person and things can change at the drop of a hat.

Salary DOE, $130k plus benefits and all of the other fun SF start up perks (free lunch, fun team building outings etc!)

We are looking for a full time Professional Personal Assistant for a Tech Start Up. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with 3-5 years full time experience working in a busy fast paced environment as a PA.

You should have excellent communication skills, be savvy with MS office, Google Docs and Excel. You will share an Excel spreadsheet with your boss so a strong knowledge of Excel is key!

You will work from the office and support a principal who travels often. You should feel comfortable working for someone that you may not have day to day face time with. She has an incredible spirit, but as her life is moving in another direction, she needs a really strong EA who can help keep the business moving. You should have a kind heart, and this Lady does have some mental health issues and will need a patient and loving person to understand when she’s having a hard day. Your day to day will include managing schedules, tax forms, paperwork, uploading files to Google Drive, syncing Dropbox, researching and more. This could be a part time position of about 30 hours a week, or full time 40 hours a week. We are hoping to place her with a dedicated assistant who truly loves taking care of people and has wonderful oral and written communication skills. The schedule is flexible, and will change depending on what is going on. At first you will spend a lot of time with your new boss, but once things are organized, you might see her twice a week, and work the rest of your hours remotely.

Personal/Executive Assistant needed for the home and life of two doctors. They have two children (boys, 9 & 12) who are at school all day that you will interact with.

Both adults are physician entrepreneurs, running their own practice(s) and in process of expanding to new/additional practice mgmt/ownership and medical commercial real estate. Also VERY integrated into kids activities and present in their lives.

The position will mostly be based out of the home, but you will also go to their offices on occasion and travel to San Francisco 1-2x per month with one of the Doctors. The schedule will be Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. $35/hour, DOE + paid vacation, sick days and holidays. You must have a college degree and at least 5+ years of EA/PA experience.
