This is a warm home and we are looking for a wonderful assistant who takes pride in their work, while keep professional boundaries and who enjoys a family environment. They have a couple of young and sweet children, though the nanny is in charge of their care and scheduling. Please love dogs as they have a couple.

Your day to day will be different, we are looking for someone who enjoys that diversity in their work day and is just as excited to go run errands as preparing expenses reports and coordinating the wardrobes for their bosses events.

Our client values their privacy, confidentiality and discretion are essential in addition to being tech savvy. Please be updated on all things Apple, Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, etc. While they don’t expect you to be the IT department, they are hoping you trouble shoot before calling a vendor if the Apple TV is not working.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience as an assistant working for a high profile professional, a college degree and excellent administrative skills. Your writing must be top notch as you will be writing correspondence and wonderful thank you notes.

The schedule will usually be Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm with some flexibility. Salary is dependent on your experience, 70k + health benefits. We are looking for applicants who are comfortable working on the Westside of LA and have a bearable commute!

She grew up in an entertainment family and still works here and there herself, but her main job these days that she loves, is being a full time Mom. She’s got middle school aged twins, and Mom needs help with everything from driving the kiddos around, to scheduling travel arrangements, vendors for the house, restaurant reservations and just being a helpful, resourceful extra pair of hands and brain! Mom shares custody, so we need a super organized person who makes sure the house is all set up for the twins are home.

Her last assistant of 10 years just moved on, and she’s moving to find another long term person who she can get to know and form a great relationship with.

They have 2 dogs and a cat in the house. You might start your day ordering breakfast and then get to your to do list. You might travel with the family a week or two at a time. Someone who takes initiative who is kind and efficient is the right personality. There is no Nanny, so it’s Mom and you help with the kiddos needs. There is a part time chef, so you might help buy groceries as needed.

This is the ideal position for someone that been a family assistant or nanny or Personal Assistant for a couple of years. Please have your Covid vaccines and booster to be considered. Ideally, you live in the West Valley! Please have a reliable car to drive around for work.

This is the DREAM JOB for a Dog lover! Our client travels extensively for work, they have Nannies for their children, and now they are about to welcome two Puppies into their family, so they need a Dog Assistant!

You will be in charge of meals, ordering their food, taking them to the park to run around, booking and taking them to the Vet, giving them any meds, and implementing any training.

These Puppies are currently being trained, so they will come to the family already potty trained and knowing some commands!

Your schedule will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, plus someone that can stay over at the gorgeous home in Beverly Hills when the family travels. You will be paid OT for those extra hours!

The family is offering $30-35 an hour, on payroll, plus health insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation, holidays and sick days.

The right person for this role is warm, organized, patient, active, loves dogs (maybe even more than humans!,) and is a great team player as you’ll be interacting with a sizable estate staff. You will be also happy to help around the house – some of the children might need a ride, or drop off an exchange, be at the house to sign for FedEx, just be an extra pair of helpful, happy hands.

You have a clear background check, are vaccinated and boosted for Covid, and have a car that will fit 2 Medium/Large Dogs once they grow to full size.
