We are actively seeking a discrete, flexible, and polished Executive/Personal Assistant to support a HNW principal in Beverly Hills. The main focus of this role is to manage the daily flow of this individual’s life (meetings, appointments, personal shopping, etc) and organize the day-to-day scheduling and activities of the personal calendar. Position is based out of the home office and will require someone with an absolute love for the support role. The assistant will work alongside household staff and a number of outside vendors to facilitate logistics, credit card reconciliation and personal errands. Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity (ideally supporting HNW Entertainment Executives or HNW individuals in BOTH the Executive and Personal assistant capacity). Due to the nature of this role, impeccable references and background checks are required. Must have superior communication skills and must be incredibly resourceful. Must be well versed in Microsoft Office and tech savvy especially with regards to Apple products. Looking for a true career assistant who is incredibly detail oriented, can work in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do, upbeat attitude.

Some duties will include: Extensive travel planning and coordination, contacts database management, extensive calendar scheduling, personal errands, gift buying, coordination of schedules between multiple homes, managing outside vendors and personal/business contacts, and the ability to help coordinate events and parties (this individual entertains often!).

This is a rare opportunity to work for a wonderful family who are extraordinarily kind and generous. This role works closely with the Property Manager and the spouses Executive Assistant at their office and other Executives to ensure their lives run smoothly.

Schedule: M-F, 10-6pm but must be flexible working outside of that window on occasion + keeping an open line of communication when needed after hours.

Salary is DOE + health insurance + 401k + paid vacation, holidays and sick days.

Must be *fully vaccinated for Covid* to be considered.

Personal assistant to a Brentwood-based couple who have a busy calendar, travel regularly and have four different homes. Assistant will work out of an office in their Los Angeles home.

Responsibilities
1. Devise and maintain home office filing system
2. Handle light bookkeeping/accounting and act as liaison with accountant
3. Manage calendar and appointments
4. Make travel arrangements
5. Organize maintenance of homes including all vendors including IT, cable, electrical, plumbing, A/C
