We are looking for a refined and intelligent personal assistant Mondays and Wednesdays (9:00 – 6:00) at a beautiful Family office in Santa Monica. Your duties will include managing foundation data base records, conducting research and liaising with foundation Chairman and publicist to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, performing data entry, and carrying out data clean up. You will also be Assisting with data migration projects for a database currently in development.
You will be working alone or alongside foundation Chairman and publicist, draft basic correspondence. Desired qualifications: Familiarity with use of FileMaker databases or previous experience with database systems
Extremely organized and detail-oriented; excellent research skills. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
