Do you enjoy making order out of chaos? We have an art dealer/ gallery owner/ savvy businesswoman whose life keeps getting bigger and she needs a professional personal assistant to keep it all in order! Everything from managing her home affairs to taking charge of her holiday gifting to getting the dogs to the groomer will be on your to do list. You will be working out of her home office in a beautiful Hollywood Hills property. While you will be based out of the home, you will be charged with running errands and moving around town. It is important that you are a great team player as you will be coordinating and oversee the housekeeper as well as managing teams on a few different properties, paying invoices, approving projects. It would be great if you have experience party planning, using Quickbooks and knowing how to troubleshoot all Apple products. This businesswoman is extremely busy and is looking for a mature, professional and experienced assistant who does not need a lot of direction. You will be working with the accountant on her financials and will also handle all the bill paying.

Someone who can be a little of everything! It is PA/EA and house management. Working out of the home office and driving to Santa Ynez about once a month for now, but it could be once a week or every other week. Quickbooks. Bring the bills, meet with them to go over things. Someone who can start immediately so you can be trained. They are really nice… it is a lot of projects, construction, buying property, cataloguing art, dealing with the lawyers. You have a lot of face time with them and they need someone kind. Someone who does not need much direction, they do not like to micromanage and enjoy having a self starter who runs things.

This is an incredible opportunity for a career PA who wants to grow with their boss. Ideal candidate will be a college graduate, have 5+ years of PA experience (hopefully, at least a few of those years in a home office,) have a service attitude, be very tech savvy and a can do attitude.

The schedule is dreamy! Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm with flexibility though that is not the norm. Salary is DOE, mileage is reimbursed and health stipend is given.

–          Schedule and coordinate appointments, follow up with vendors
–          Place and track various orders online / in store as required by principal
–          Maintain principal’s personal calendar, send reminders as instructed
–          Serve as point of contact between personal vendors and principal
–          Serve as point of contact between principal and various members of their household and business team as needed
–          Ensure personal preferred items are available to principal during travel or offsite work events

The PA position benefits are as follows:
 
          – Salary is $75k / year; this is calculated based on a 50 hours workweek (40 hours regular / 10 hours OT per week or 8 hours regular / 2 hours OT per day)
          – OT rate for over 8 hours / day or 40 hours / week 
          – Per diem is $50 / day for domestic travel and $75 / day for international travel; availability to travel is a requirement.
          – Mileage reimbursement at the IRS approved rate currently $0.545 / mi
         – After the first 90 days trial period vacation accrues at 1.08 hours per pay period for a total of 56 hours / year; sick leave 48 hours are advanced, can accrue up to a cap of 72 hour
        – currently no health insurance benefits are provided but we are working on possibly offering this benefit in the very near future (after first 90 days of employment)
