Our client in Los Feliz is being discharged from rehab as early as Thursday of this week (or possibly over the weekend) and is seeking overnight caregiving support.

He will need help seven nights per week, approximately 8:00pm–7:00am, for at least 2–3 weeks, with the possibility of extending longer.

The client sleeps most of the night but may need occasional assistance, such as help getting to the bathroom or light support as needed. This is a calm, low-intensity overnight role.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in senior care, excellent references and a clean background. Pay is in the $30-$40 hour range, DOE.

We are seeking a kind, confident, and upbeat weekend caregiver to support a sweet 84-year-old woman in her Beverly Hills condo. She is in the late-moderate stage of dementia and needs a calm, steady presence who can help keep her safe, comfortable, and engaged.

About the Client …

• She’s warm, pleasant, and easy to please these days. She responds beautifully to caregivers who are confident, grounded, and unafraid to take the lead.
• She has a small, adorable dog and a long-haired cat, so animal lovers are a must! No pet allergies!

What She Needs …

• She can be very lucid, but she needs full support with daily living, including:
• Gentle help with showering and personal hygiene
• Support with incontinence care
• Redirecting, reassurance, and routine
• Supervision while walking around her apartment (she’s unsteady and has had a few falls)
• Light meal preparation and maintaining a healthy daily rhythm
• Ensuring she’s not up all night or sleeping all day
• Light companionship and keeping her engaged
• Dog walkers come daily, but she enjoys getting outside—so walking the dog together once a day is encouraged.

Her Weekend Routine…

• She has an active social life!
• Regular outings with her sister (lunch, shopping, etc.)
• A standing Saturday night dinner at her club across the street with her sister and brother-in-law

We are assisting an 87-year-old woman who is being discharged the day after Thanksgiving following open-heart surgery. She will need overnight support.

Location: Pacific Palisades
Schedule: Approximately 4pm through 7am
Duration: At least one week starting Friday, November 28th

She has five adult children who will be in and out, but she’ll need steady support with:

• Showering
• Personal care
• General nighttime assistance and companionship

Our client is experiencing nerve damage in one eye and a spinal issue, which is causing double vision and difficulty standing. He can get around with a walker but needs temporary support.

He is looking for approximately 40 hours over six days, with the possibility of additional hours depending on how his recovery progresses.

He anticipates needing help for at least the next month, possibly longer. Responsibilities include assisting him around the house, driving to appointments, light grooming support, meal prep, tidying, and general day-to-day assistance.

He is tall and weighs just over 200 lbs, so the caregiver should be comfortable providing physical support as needed. He has a wonderful personality and will pay hourly.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support a genuinely lovely client during his recovery.

A wonderful gentleman with the beginning of Alzhiemers and other assorted ailments needs a caregiver to live in with him in his very cool Brentwood home. HIs kids have been taking care of him and they just can not handle this anymore since they have children of their own. He fell and is on pain meds so we need someone that will be strong enough to make sure he takes them when necessary!! He would need someone comfortable taking him to the dr’s and being an advocate there. It would be helpful if you cook as it will just be the two of you!
