Hours are 6:30am to 2:30pm on the weekdays & 7:00am to 3:00pm on weekend days. It’s coming in and serving breakfast by 7:45am — then packing lunches for the kids and cooking lunch for Mom + Dad, grocery shopping and organizing the pantry (if necessary). The loveliest family – Mom, dad and three kids is looking for a lovely, calm, and professional private family chef to cook delicious, healthy and 50% authentic Asian cuisine. The family lived overseas in Asia and has a real affinity for Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese food. They would love to find a chef that has experience and a mastery of Asian cuisine.

Personal qualities we are looking for is someone who will honor privacy and be impeccably neat, clean, and orderly, timely, highly organized, positive energy, loves kids and willing and able to travel with the family to vacation homes close by (sometimes the family will travel without you).

This is lunch (for the couple) and dinner for the family with something healthy and delicious left behind for breakfast the next day. Since there are kids, it would be great to have some healthy snacks around for them. They entertain – casual family gatherings – maybe 3 times a month. But nothing too formal. Must be available to plan and prepare menu and food for parties, holiday meals.

The kitchen will be your domain (it’s not a chef kitchen but still pretty wonderful). You will be responsible for all the inventory, stocking the pantry and fridge and keeping it all clean and organized. You will do all the grocery shopping and sourcing purveyors for the freshest fare. There is a wonderful pizza oven for you to enjoy too.

Think Country Casual Family Vibe. The family loves good, organic, clean food and have a lovely vegetable and herb garden for you to harvest from. Aside from Asian cuisine, they also like escargot, beef bourguignon, Pho, Mediterranean food, and sushi. There’s even a great pizza oven for you to make magic with!

You must have at least 3 years of private chef experience. Yacht experience is a PLUS! Must have culinary degree.

Hours are 11-7 M, W, ,F with some flexibility
